March 28, 2015, 10 to 12 am: In a legal seminar jointly sponsored by HCA and Houston Shanghai Association, Professor Jiaoping Zhang discussed the major legal problems that Chinese living abroad might face, focusing especially on economic interests such as inheritance law, rental properties, and legal procedures and statute of limitations. Prof. Zhang is a seasoned lawyer who served as a senior judge and published two books and 40 journal articles.
